Dehydrated spinach powder is one of the fastest-growing ingredient categories globally, driven by the clean-label health food movement, the rise of functional foods, and the demand for natural green colouring in pasta, bakery, and beverage products. Shree Swastika Agrorich produces spinach powder from fresh, tender spinach leaves grown in the clean agricultural zones of Gujarat and Rajasthan, where minimal pesticide usage and good growing conditions produce leaf material with excellent chlorophyll levels and nutritional density.

The spinach is washed, blanched to lock colour, then gently dehydrated at controlled temperatures to below 5% moisture — a critical step that preserves the bright green colour while eliminating microbial risk. The dried leaf is then milled to 60–80 mesh. Our spinach powder contains no added colourants, no preservatives, and no anti-caking agents — making it suitable for clean-label and organic-certified products.

Sterilised-grade spinach powder (ETO or steam-sterilised) is available for customers with strict microbiological specifications, particularly in baby food and pharmaceutical applications. Whole dehydrated spinach flakes are also available for applications requiring visible leaf texture.
